Pizza Night At The Start of A Winter Storm

Well, I decided that no matter what the snow was going to do I was making pizza.   Started off with some premade dough from one of our local grocery stores here and went with the basic kid friendly pizza....Cheese pizza :)

So with the snow really starting to pick up I got the Egg up to about 550 or so and just let it go!   I did notice I didn't preheat the stone long enough as the crust wasn't as crispy as I normally get it but it was still delicious!

Love my cheese to be well done :)  Could've gone even longer but hey we were hungry!
