Pizza Night At The Start of A Winter Storm

Well, I decided that no matter what the snow was going to do I was making pizza. Started off with some premade dough from one of our local grocery stores here and went with the basic kid friendly pizza....Cheese pizza
So with the snow really starting to pick up I got the Egg up to about 550 or so and just let it go! I did notice I didn't preheat the stone long enough as the crust wasn't as crispy as I normally get it but it was still delicious!
Love my cheese to be well done Could've gone even longer but hey we were hungry!
