Ice Fishing Beverage Recommendations
Going ice fishing this weekend. Need to bring some beverages. There will be plenty or whiskey and beer. But i need something you can drink straight that is not whiskey. Any suggestions?

i bring canned guinness and a guinness glass
peach tree schnapps, fireball cinamon whiskey (add tobasco), dr mcgillicuddy's menthomint is probably one of the biggest ice fishing drinks to sip on

i discovered islay scotch on the last trip, i kinda like the smokey peat taste but no one else did which made it even better

If you have electricity and can make coffee (or fire and a French press or a good thermos), you could do Irish coffees.

usually the booze is the given, what grill arrangement and what to bring for food is the dilemma. chilis, stews, meatballs, even pulled pork is good if theres a big burner, on a grill sausages tips, even a pork loin

Plus one on the Pepermint Schnapps. I drank a whole 1/5th when I was a teenager. It's still kind of hard to eat peppermint candy, funny how stuff like that works. Another good one is the Root Beer Schnapps
