Did some thin veal steaks last night. They were really good. Breaded and grilled indirect at 400 for a couple of minutes a side then some pasta the wife made.

  • Oven breading in the egg, one thing I've never tried. As long as the cholesterol levels are OK, I still like pan fried "schnitzel", veal chicken or pork. Always good - thanks for sharing.

    It was suppose to be pan fry but i thought i would try it in the egg and see how it was. I use breading on my chicken drumsticks as well and put in egg. It gives it a little bit of a nice crisp.
