Down 3 so far. I can probably lose another 3-4 without trying to hard. After that, it gets tougher.I've been working up my endurance on the treadmill again for the last couple weeks. Time to kick it up a notch.

Down 8 pounds as of this morning, I had a backslide on Saturday night if you consider 8 glasses of Merlot a backslide. Hitting the diet hard this week, starting cardio afterwork in the rain it looks like.

atkins induction drops alot of weight in the first two weeks, its slower after that. if i hit 200 after this week ill be real happy, then maybe some workouts, i dont want to exercise til the induction part is over

I'm pretty happy considering Monday (the first day of the comp) I flew to NY to entertain customers for 3 days on the corporate card. I ate well for breakfast and lunch but drank and had huge company dinners Mon-Wed. I probably walked 5 miles every day though. I quit drinking Thursday so hopefully I'll get a little more kick from that this week. Joined the gym again and diet is in full swing. We'll see.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

Ok folks, not the best of weeks for me, was attempting to carpool with a coworker (I spend $50 - $300 on gas so wanted to give it a try). So no workout all week except for once.
Down 1/2 pound to 204.6, the good news, I didn't gain any weight!!!

Clocked in at 202 This week. That put me down 7.5 I think. Not too bad. I need to focus a bit on portion control this week, but I've been doing well in the gym.

Went down 2 lb now at 336lb not dropping as quick as I hoped but the Doc says better chance keeping it off if you only loose a few lbs a week. On a good not I just got confirmation that the SideKic sous vide for the prize is being shipped out tomorrow!Lynnwood WA

has anyone been monitoring blood pressure, dont know if its the initial weight loss or the lack of carbs ive been eating but where im usually hovering around 125/88, this weekend i averaged 117/78.

But had a nice bout with the stomach flu, so I am feeling pretty good about weigh in
Also have a nasty flu bug running through work, if I can get that, I am laughing )
