My First Long Smoke

I just got the BGE for Christmas as I've been wanting one for awhile. Just did my first long smoke the other week--some pulled pork. Did 16 hours on the BGE, and did 2 more hours in the oven since all the lump burned out. I'm not really a fan of pulled pork, but it was on sale, I'm working up to a brisket and it turned out fantastic. Actually need to go to the store to buy some more meat since I enjoyed it so much. Appreciate all the other threads on here because they've been great to read.

I used Cowboy lump and used both pecan and cherry for the smoke.

Try adding more lump. You should not have ran out.
Save me some of the pork, it looks goood.
