Does anybody have a smoked prime rib recipe they would like to share? I am all ears.....doing it for Christmas dinner!! Thanks!!

+1, great information and technique. Low and slow your rib roast and if you want a crust, sear after. use a paste rub, tie the roast and take off the bones.
