Double Table

I have a small and recently just purchased a Large with out the nest. I guess that means its time for a table. Luckily for me I am a contractor and have a lot of access to good labor and cheap material. Does anyone recommend a certain size? I don't want it to be to big and want to be able to roll it around. At the same time, I want to have enough work space. I am probably going to use some type of Pressure treated deckboard. Any suggestions?
