Cleaning out the freezer

Came across these babies last night. Thawed them today and they were fantastic. I'm still struggling with my grill marks but there's always next time. Seasoned with some Chicago steak rub and a bit of Red Eye. Oh, and I had to sample 3 glasses of my home made kahlua we are giving to some friends for Christmas...

    Looks fantastic, as for grill marks, I love my cast iron grate, I let it get very hot before putting the steaks on and get consistent seer marks on my steaks. Let the grate get hotter next time and you should get some better marking.

    My guess is it tasted just fine, mouth is watering looking at the plated product.
