Hapster posted this on a Hurricane Sandy thread that I did a few weeks ago. I finally got around to tryinng it. All I can say is, "WOW!"
His recipe called for peas. I didn't have any, so I used green beans instead. I also boiled the potatoes and precooked them while the veggies were sauteeing because the family was hungry and it would have been an 8:00 dinner otherwise.
