I pull mine at 195. It is always good. But it's looking great. Pork butt is my favorite. Love the leftovers, if there is any.anez said:what temp would you guys pull it at? 190-195?

just pulled it at 197 degrees. 8:30 a.m. to around 7:30 p.m PT ... and it is fantastic!
