Well eggheads its been a long while since I was on the forum but there has not been a week I have not used the egg. It's hard to believe I started using the egg in 2012. I've done tons of butts, brisket, chicken and tons of shrimp and clam. I have cooked for small gatherings and large parties and as always the egg pulled through. I've expanded my cooking experience with many different smoke woods and lump so the fun has not stopped. I live in Manhattan KS now and loving it. I wanted to say hi and happy egging. Take care.
