rubbed them with dizzy dust then marinated in asian zing from buffalo wild wings cooked at 380 indirect for two beers then turned re sauced and another few beverages then served with blue cheese. image

    Looking good! Is beer your thermometer? My buddy knows when his chicken is done based off his empties...which is why I asked. Lol

    Did letting the merinade sit in the chili flakes help with the heat on your last batch??

    You bet. I dumped a few spoonfuls of flakes and left them for a week. It was just right.

    great looking wings. I don't get to do them often because my wife hates eating around bones.  My daughter loves them though so I may just go get some this week and make them while my wife works.

    @setdahook Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

    One thing to note is I don't baste the wings with the same merinade i used for the wings. I have a separate batch specifically for that.

    It also helps the heat to let the merinade sit for a bit so the chili flakes can steep.
