wings for late night supper
rubbed them with dizzy dust then marinated in asian zing from buffalo wild wings cooked at 380 indirect for two beers then turned re sauced and another few beverages then served with blue cheese.

You bet. I dumped a few spoonfuls of flakes and left them for a week. It was just right.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

great looking wings. I don't get to do them often because my wife hates eating around bones. My daughter loves them though so I may just go get some this week and make them while my wife works.

One thing to note is I don't baste the wings with the same merinade i used for the wings. I have a separate batch specifically for that.
It also helps the heat to let the merinade sit for a bit so the chili flakes can steep.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ.... -
