    Keeping it simple for Sunday.  The wife marinates the steak fries in olive oil, paprika, a touch of cayanne, chopped garlic, granulated garlic, salt and pepper.  Not parboiled. Done within 20 minutes on the top swing rack at 450 dome.  The burgers I ground yesterday from chuck with some short rib.  Two houres in the freezer before grinding keeps the meat fluffy.  Formed the patties and into the freezer.  I ALWAYS put my burgers on a hot grill rock-solid frozen.  Never missed yet.  Toast the buns and done.
    My actuary says I'm dead.
