Brisket or pulled pork to go?

I am heading to the lake in few weeks and want to bring up either a brisket or pork shoulder to share with the boys. The plan would be to cook it on a sunday to eat either the following thursday or friday night for dinner. I can keep it frozen if needed. Looking for advice/suggestions.
Thanks,
Bob

pulled pork hands down. If you can't eat a brisket right off the egg, do yourself a huge favor and do pork shoulder.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX
