We tried it tonight on chicken thighs...very tasty.  Lots of ideas and possibilities with that jam. Heck, it is plain good straight out of the jar

We also opened the BBQ sauce.. good...had a little kick.

it is amazing where you can buy bacon jam. We bought 5 jars of it at a local fancy foods store here in Rochester, NY. If I can find it here, you must be able to find it somewhere around. And that stuff is so good. We put it on burgers and had it on some (cheap) steaks from the grocery store. Added a bunch of flavor. Going to have to try it on some pork soon.
