Spicy Rum Flatiron

Cooked a flatiron steak on the egg last night with roasted red potatoes and garlic brocollini.
Marinated the steak in dark rum then applied a dry rub of brown sugar, cayenne, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Took it off the egg and devoured immediately.
