First attempt @ ABTs on the Egg.

Just got the Egg last week, so far we have tried pork shoulder, spatchcock chicken, and last night ABTs.  I decided I wanted to smoke them, I stuffed them with extra sharp cheddar, topped with ancho, chipotle powder and wrapped with pepper bacon.  I smoked them for about 2 hours with a dome temp of 250, they turned out great.
