They came out just right as for as soft. We're only in about 3-5 min. Had grill shut down and still around 500•

But as far as taste they were pretty good. The smoky flavor is.... Interesting on a chocolate chip cookie I'd cook em like this again just to use the heat left over from pizza but the smoke is kinda odd in a cookie.

Almost need to cook the cookies with tinfoil over the top as well some how and wrap them up nice, but then you can't really tell when they are done.

Chocolate chip and bacon chip cookies were cooked a few years ago at a TexasFest ane were wonderful. That little smoky works well there.

Sounds like the perfect breakfast cookie! Gives me an idea - chocolate covered pig candy cookies....now that might be a little much this early.

Cool. Reminds me that I did cookies like that once. It was also at the end of a cook. I don't think I would fire up the egg just to do cookies, but if its already going, why not?
