    Pizza, Enchalidas, Tacos, baked potatoe toppings, sandwiches, Jambalya, mixed with ground beef or bison for burgers.    Think of dishes that have meat (ground beef) added into them.   The flavor from BB or brisket mixed in is a whole new level.

    After either a BB or Brisket cook,  we chop everything ( with lots of bark mixed in), freeze in bags ( 1 lb per bag).   Always pulling out a bag and mixing it in dishes.

    Can thaw a bag, heat it up, through in a soft tortilla with some cilantro and have an awesome dinner in a few minutes.

  • Well, if you are really mad at it, Pulled Pork makes awesome tamales. We do it every year for Christmas to eat all we can and give away the rest. They are a lot of work, but man are they good. If you need a recipe, let me know and I'll dig it up. My wife does the Masa and it's unreal. I'm sure she will share with the group if we are nice.

    First pizza turned out great! Even a premade store bought crust wasn't too bad. 500 for about 12-15 min

    @boatbum

    Making some burgers tonight. Gonna experiential with the pulled pork and beef burger you suggested. Do you mix the raw beef with the pork and then grill? I feel really dumb asking this.

    nah - no question off limits.   take some finishedpulled pork, chop it - as fine as you want ( experiment with it, we chop pretty fine).   Make sure you have some bark mixed in.    play with mixture, we might use 10%, no more than 15 or 20%.

    The pork flavors the burger from the inside out.    Really good.

    You can make mini tacos using wonton skins as the shell:
