Naked Whiz Pulled Pork and Go Withs for 25

We're having a group of visiting Russians at the house on Thursday night. I plan on serving the Naked Whiz's pulled pork recipe along with his cole slaw and potatp salad. I'm also going to do my own (Brisket Bob) recipe for baked beans. I have cooked pulled pork several times but not the side dishes. Does anyone have any advice, tips or takeaways from their experiences with these dishes?

Wouldn't hurt to serve an appetizer of Cold Borscht. Might make your Russian guest appreciate your hospitably with you serving them one of their favorites.

On the slaw, how many heads of cabbage will I need for 25 people? Same question regarding potatoes for the potato salad.
