Citrus Sweet and Sour Marinade for Fish: steaks or filets

Ingredients
• 3 Tbs orange juice |
• 1 tsp dark molasses |
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard |
• 1 tsp Vinegar infused with herbs d"Provence (or any flavored vinegar) |
• 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning |
Instructions
Mix everything very well with a whiskPour over fish in a sealed bag for 2 hours in the refrigerator
Grill the fish over a hot fire (~600 degrees) turning once.
