Citrus Sweet and Sour Marinade for Fish: steaks or filets

Ingredients

• 3 Tbs orange juice
• 1 tsp dark molasses
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp Vinegar infused with herbs d"Provence (or any flavored vinegar)
• 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

Mix everything very well with a whisk
Pour over fish in a sealed bag for 2 hours in the refrigerator

Grill the fish over a hot fire (~600 degrees) turning once.

    Used it on halibet this afternoon.  Eveident but not overpowering.  The wife and I both deem it a "keeper" and will use it agiain.  Thanks for the recipe.
