Something with egg sounded good last night, so tried some left over PP on lightly toasted English Toasting Bread, Carolina Vinegar Sauce, over easy fried egg, and pickled jalapeno slices. Got messier and tastier with every bite! Plus Tots, of course.;)

When I first saw the pic, I thought "damn that looks good", thinking it was cheese on the PP sandwich... then I read it was an egg and my mouth started watering. Then I read that the yolk broke. Favorite favorite favorite thing is a runny yolk and bread and pork and potatoes.

You should have submitted this for the "breakfast on the egg" throwdown a few months back. Looks great! Lots of good protein.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

That looks great and sounds amazing. I never would have thought of an egg on a pp sami, but it sounds delish.

Is it hot enough down there in SA for ya? We are dying up here in Dallas.
