Left Over Pulled Pork Sandwich
Lawn Ranger
Posts: 5,467
Something with egg sounded good last night, so tried some left over PP on lightly toasted English Toasting Bread, Carolina Vinegar Sauce, over easy fried egg, and pickled jalapeno slices. Got messier and tastier with every bite! Plus Tots, of course.;)

When I first saw the pic, I thought "damn that looks good", thinking it was cheese on the PP sandwich... then I read it was an egg and my mouth started watering. Then I read that the yolk broke. Favorite favorite favorite thing is a runny yolk and bread and pork and potatoes.
