I don't have allot of experience making sausages, its been a long time.
Brats first then Kielbasa
I had to try them, the Brats where good but the Kielbasa was killer. I decided I needed more Kielbasa, took out the other the partially frozen Pork Butt, and ground it along with a chuck roast. I finished stuffing them today.

    Looks great.

What recipe did you use for Kielbasa?

  • Bear 007Bear 007 Posts: 343
    Thanks GG
I got the recipe off of this page, I didn't do it in the food processor like the recipe suggests, I just mixed the ingredients and let it sit for the night.

You might not be a professional, but those look great. I've got some sausage making stuff on my list for my birthday next month. Hope I get it so I can try my hand at sausage.
