Homemade Sausages!

I don't have allot of experience making sausages, its been a long time.
Brats first then Kielbasa
I had to try them, the Brats where good but the Kielbasa was killer. I decided I needed more Kielbasa, took out the other the partially frozen Pork Butt, and ground it along with a chuck roast. I finished stuffing them today.

Linguisa, Brats, and Sicilian-Italian with Wine and Cheese today,
Pork pulled from butt bones and softening red chiles for today's BGE cook :woohoo:

I don't think they look that professional, but after a little while you get the hang of it. Yours sound really good, cant wait to see them.

I got the recipe off of this page, I didn't do it in the food processor like the recipe suggests, I just mixed the ingredients and let it sit for the night.
