Greetings! This evening I'm going to try a variation of Mr. Toad's pork loin. Should I use an inverted plate setter with drip pan above, then grate, then V rack, or just go ahead and place the v rack in a pan on the grid and forget about the plate setter? Any recommended cooking times?[p]Thank you, and oinks to all.

Pigasso,[p]I have always cooked them indirect at 325, so I recommend the plate setter. 90 minutes for a 4.5 lb pork loin or 75 min for a 3 lb loin. Don't forget the bacon!
