Tonight's Tri-Tip

Thawed out a nice Tri-Tip but did not give myself time to marinate (again).

Simply blitzed with Tasty Licks RedEye Meat and Delmonico rubs


On the Egg at 530 dome….just to sear. Then off and foiled, practically shut down the Egg.


Back on the Egg at around 400 dome, then finished with 2 flips when dome was down to 350.


Pulled a bit later than I’d have preferred, but still very good….and my wife LOVED it. Plated with my newest macaroni salad creation and a salad. Good eats!
