    One time I was going to the theater and the parking was $10, so I paid mine and the car behind me. The people in that car didn't know what to think!

  • dhuffjr, I'm glad the crabcakes turned out well. It's OK to put A LITTLE bit of bread crumbs, just not enough to cover up the taste of the crab. If they were hard to handle, you could have added some more flour as well.

    I always hear about how perishable crab is. How long you think they are good for after cooking? We made them Wednesday night. Went out for dinner last night so we didn't get them finished off.
  • dhuffjr, only the nose knows! Give them a sniff. I am sure they are fine, but I would polish them off today.
