Thanks, Faith. That is the first time I have tried to cook crabmeat and wanted to add some green onions, but didn't want to fight the 5 pm traffic btwn me and the store.

My fish monger has crab meat that has been very well picked with almost no shells. This box was $15 per pound. He did have some Super lump though, at $22 per pound. I divided it into four 4 oz. portions, vacsealing and freezing the 3 portions I didn't use.

We don't have a Costco here, but I will look at Sam's on my next trip there.

Clark that salmon looked awesome with the crab. I'm gonna have to get some fresh salmon this weekend and try that out.

If you can get some Dizzy Pig Raging River, it will be great.

If not, then before DP, we used lemon pepper after covering the filet with some melted butter.

Just plank grilled my first salmon on the Egg this evening. It was outstanding. Used some Raging River for the first time too, in that my first order from Dizzy Pig arrived in todays mail.
