Well, the girls left early to see The Nutcracker ballet at the theatre where Valeria's friend is performing

Decided it was about time to treat myself..... :laugh: & Cranked The Mini up to 600* dome, in no time really......

Mahi Mahi, wholemeal flour, a little butter , EVOO & the pernod to flambé

Added grated tomatoes, garlic, coarse salt & basil

The sauce was really good..................

OK.......... OK I had to include this orphan avocado I found lying in the fridge....wasn't that bad really.... :blush: :laugh:
