It's been 90 days the warranty on my Large base, fire box, and fire ring was approved.....nothing yet at my platinum dealer.1 · -

i heard a complaint from an outgoing dealer that they had to take off cycle shipments for warranty — so who knows if that was accurate or some other distributor setup. i would work through bge custom…1 · -
