We hope you had a hoppy Easter and are ready to spring into warm weather cooking mode! There’s nothing better than spending time outdoors with the sweet aroma of fresh cooked Ribs. Baseball season is also underway, so it's the perfect time to try out some chicken wing variations! We have Jamaican Jerk, Lemon Pepper, Fired-Up Wings and even a Whiskey Onion and Chicken Steak if wings aren't your thing. Bon appetit!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

  • Re: 9 hour burgundy mushrooms - a kick butt side dish

YES it is a great recipe.  Someone think Ron got it from Pioneer Woman:

I already said it wasn't my recipe and I already posted the link to her recipe, but thanks anyway Richard...

I know the XXL was announced a year ago, but other than a few given as gifts - I BELIEVE - to a high volume dealer or two has it been announced when they too will hit the street? Maybe they are waiting to roll both out with a whole new pricing structure - just guessing that's all.

No dry aged beef, but SO MANY of US shared lots of other foods today and I hope my contribution to our event helps draw more and MORE people back next year and thereafter! This Peoria eggfest does not charge to attend - is open to the public with no advertising, but word of mouth, and grows and grows! Peoria is an easily driveable destination in the Midwest and those of us who live here know that! BTW Jeff, I left my KILLER Westies in charge of security of my prize dry aged meat!

    Brandon,

that was a GREAT FEST wasn't it! and being the 9th annual one means it actually is one of the oldest, continuous running fests, though many people don't understand that fact! The biggest isn't always the best!

Thanks for your kind comments, but I don't recall any of the wonderful foods egged today that caused the flurry of hands grabbing like all of your pizzas! Here's an example!

I do have to laugh though at your picture of the Isabel Bloom figurine + a pistol. My late Aunt from Iowa was a close personal friend of hers and anything shooting bullets wouldn't have been in the same view! LOL

As for the gasket - forget it - friends help friends!
