  • Re: PartyQ question..

You need to put that back in the box and learn how to go without it. I am not a fan as I gave away a new one.

I NEED TO ADD THAT YOU REALLY MUST BE VERY CAREFUL WITH HOT OIL AND AN OPEN FLAME. BE DAMN CAREFUL.

  • OT. OT. OT. OT. FACEBOOK

Friends I will be leaving Facebook as I do not support the Socialist policies directed by Facebook to all who do business with Facebook. I cannot support any business who mandates $15 per hour starting wages and $4000 child care, as well as 15 paid vacation days to other companies doing business with them. Last time I checked this was still the United States of America and I for one do not like what I see at Facebook.

  • Re: Best baby back ribs

I am not a fall-off-the-bone fan. Want a little bite. Also not a fan of ribs sauced. This is my go to.
Baby Back Turbo Ribs (No flip)
    350 indirect for 1hr 40 min.
Before cooking: Pull membrane , rub, mustard, rub.
Put on at 350 and leave the hell alone for about that time. This is called turbo ribs and I will never go back to 4 and 5 hour ribs.
Note: with or w/o mustard works .. I like Bad Byron's Butt Rub / I like cherry & pecan mix for wood.
If you want sauce: opened 15 min early and sauce. I like the sauce on the table.
