Turbo 35 minutes @ 400° direct and good. 
In Florida for 3 weeks. 
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Damn that looks amazing 👍 is that a rack of ribs cut into singles? 
    2 racks about max for single grid. They are so much (imo) better being cook all sides. Flip every 10 minutes.

    Mickey - between you and me we may never gain a big following but we both know turboing ribs work just the same way turboing butts do!!!

    20 years ago i stopped overnight and +4 hours cooks for good. Also sold and gave away all electronics for the EGG. Just simple turbo brother..
