Hello to all,

had a few buddies today here. although the temp was fall like, we was the whole day in the great outdoors :)

So, lets start. First with 2 ribs, different rubs were tested. Sucklebusters Hog Waller vs Dizzy Dust:

    Holy moses!!! Great grubbing went down there!! I love Hog Walla also. I think I picked mine up in Texas. My friends aren't going to eat near as good as yours....hahaha...good thing I'm funny.. :laugh: :whistle: ;)

    Everything looks great.

    In particular I like the duck, the lamb and the apple in phyllo pastry. Is that cheese in there with the apple?

    EggSimon, I was obviously at the wrong place at the wrong time to have missed your get together. You cooked a rosster of my favorites and everthing looked great! :)
