Hello to all,
had a few buddies today here. although the temp was fall like, we was the whole day in the great outdoors
So, lets start. First with 2 ribs, different rubs were tested. Sucklebusters Hog Waller vs Dizzy Dust:
egg is running...:
...while chilling:
water buffalo cut:
duck breastes:
chiminea in action:
finishing of the breasts:
Rib Eyes:
mixed things:
again Rib Eye:
Ribs finished. Sorry, most of ya are DP fans, me too. But Hog Waller was the winner for the bones today:
teh water buffalo was to dry:
lamb:
and dessert:
wish everybody a nice weekend !

Holy moses!!! Great grubbing went down there!! I love Hog Walla also. I think I picked mine up in Texas. My friends aren't going to eat near as good as yours....hahaha...good thing I'm funny.. :laugh:

Everything looks great.
In particular I like the duck, the lamb and the apple in phyllo pastry. Is that cheese in there with the apple?
