Those look great! What temp did you cook at?
I cooked one while I was home last time and told my wife that I thought it was my best ever. Her reply "You say that every time". Either I am getting better or my memory is getting shorter. Definately my favorite cook next to prime aged rib eye steaks. -
I set my Digi Q 2 at pit temp 205 and bumped it up after 17 hours to 245 as I was cutting it to close for lunch party today. It was as long as I have ever done before as I usally get done in 14 hours but taht is a pit temp at 220 to start with...........
