I did some spare ribs yesterday.
Cut them St Louis style and seasoned them up.
Loaded them up onto th XL
'bought half way there
Finished and ready to eat. A little overdone though

Dry crisp or mushy? The first at least can be helped with a discrete layer of sauce. The later by serving to folks with crumbly teeth. :P -
