<p />Couldn't pass up the opportunity for a picture. [p]A few weeks ago we made Memphis Style Ribs from a recipe in the BBQ Bible by Steven Raichlen. It was pork chops tonight using the same rub. Great Results. [p]PS: The strawberries were also fantastic![p]

    sprinter, 3/3/5 minutes at about 650 degrees - not very thick, but tasty. The rub added a nice spicy flavor!
