Ghost Pepper Fish Tacos

I figured that since I was having fish tacos I was going to try the newly purchased ghost peppers!! Everyone got me a bit scared when I posted the photos of when I first picked them up. I didn't add hardly any at all. You could definitely tell it was there and most people would think that it is rather hot. However, I am going to add far more next time!! I only added it to small bit of the sauce just incase it was going to kick my butt!!
The sauce was a mix of sour cream, mayo, cilantro, coriander, cumin, smoked paprika, diced ghost pepper.
I prepared the fish via AZRP/Naked Whiz method. Good stuff!! I mixed some DP Swamp Venom with the panko. Will do again!
Only used the tip!! Used cardboard on the cutting board and gloves on the hand!
Ghost pepper cut up fine.
The goods! Fresh corn tortillas (heated of course!)
A bit soft coming off of the foil!

Your braver then I am Matt, the tacos look great. I wish I could stand the heat but I have become a thermal wimp.

Zippy and Steve, looks like we got a potential new member! Matt we are the better known pepper heads around hear. I try to eat at least one habenerio each day raw as well as grow peppers year round. I got a Bhut pepper seed to finnaly grow last year and after much fussing got 4 peppers on it only to have a rat eat the whole thing in my shed! Fixing to plant some of the seed I saved from the only pepper I got off it. Great cook and look forward to seeing more!
