Started out with leftover sirloin roast and a few froz. shrimp.
Already had the egg going from rustic bread baking.
Add some chopped vege's.
Add marinated beef and shrimp. Oooooooo hot!
All done.
Wok often, eat well, breathe deep.

First of all, I wish my leftovers looked that goods,.....and second, I wish I had the imagination to transform them like that. Beautiful!

Tip the frig, see what falls out, improvise, eat.
There's more sirloin roast left, keeping some for lunch sandwiches, for that I like it sliced nice and thin. -
You don't look dumb, a little wild perhaps.
Well the sweet bread sounds great, nice work!
See you tomorrow. -
Yummm,, now I gotta go clean up the wok
-
Hey that sound great, been a long time since I had the General's chicken, I like that dish and should make it one of these days.
I made an sweet-sour orange sauce from scratch for tonights stir fry, was mighty good with the beef and shrimp. -
It's so easy...if a glacier caveman like me can take purdy pic's....anybody can.

Hey Clay,
very nice wok pics. Gotta get mine going once the boys are back at college. -
Looks delicious. Question (any can answer): Where do you set your hot Wok when you lift it out of the egg to transfer your cook to plates or bowls?
