I wanted to say thanks to all of you for your great post. I've been an egghead since Labor Day but have not posted, just read all your great recipes.

I cooked my first pork loin sirloin roast today. 5# bone in. Cooked it at 250 for 3 hours and it was absolutely great! Put on some dry rub that we make up for ribs.
