Ok, zippy finally let me work the egg by myself, he gave me the whole ‘flash-back’ speech and blah blah blah... & only stood 2 inches from me the whole time (he’s a bit of a pain in the a**....). Anyway, we were going to a friend’s house for dinner late Sunday afternoon, so I made these as a snack earlier, just relaxing in the hut with a nice bottle of white wine, what a great afternoon:

Lookin good there Foghorn.I think that Marc is being way too nice with the eggs though My wife won't touch my eggs again..........without asking first :P I've got a persuader to keep her back :silly:Of coarse I'm kidding,my wife just doesn't wanna play with the eggs :pinch:

Doug, I'm not so sure about it either, I do love to cook, but I may just let him do the dirty stuff with the charcoal and the eggs. I will keep doing the stuff I always do, and maybe prepare stuff for the egg but let him actually cook it, he really seems to enjoy it, maybe just jump in from time to time after he burns all his arm hair off which happens alot :laugh:

FAVORITE DISH FOR SUMMER. The tomatoes are almost done and bruschetta is in the future, I can't wait.
P.S.- A good Barbera turns a Bruschetta into heavan.
