How good is that lump? I've been seeing good reviews but the lump in your picture has several square pieces. Those pieces are indicative of lumber scrape.

Your first shot looked like a yard sale might be going on.The second sequence of pictures were great and brought home the message that there is a serious cook at large.The only thing that I can't figure out is where the heck did all of those great looking straw berries come from.It is the time of year for those critters and must be one of your favorites.Fill us in on how you Egg them.

Nice setup, Hoss! I like the granite top for your cooker, and I really like the Ozark Oak stuff! That is my #1 lump, with Royal Oak being my #2. Fire up that cooker--it's too clean on the inside

I just cleaned it for the first time in a year and a half.Burned a 10 lb. bag of RO in it 2 days ago.Fill er up, let er burn.Gaskets are useless if your top and base are correctly aligned.I'll post a pic of my gasket later,hasn't affected anything.IT MAY BE A CONSPIRICY.TO SELL GASKETS!!! If you don't trust me,ask BENTE! :evil: Tell em,CUZ!!!

I concur BB,my dad has a place near the manufacturing plant of OO.He brought me a couple bags to try out.On his next trip up to the cabin he's gonna go to the manufacturer and get me a 64 bag pallet!!! :woohoo: And all I have to do is cook him a few Boston Butts whenever he wants. :woohoo: Pretty good deal,I'd say.BTW,absolutely best lump I've ever used and I've tried them ALL!!!

No ma'am,I just did my first high temp burn to brighten it up. As far as the berries, they taste WAY better than they look!!

Best I've used so far,bar none,and as far as I know I've tried em all.There may be a few in China or Russia I don't know about But I have tried all the brands I've read about on here,and this is the CREAM OF THE CROP!!!IMHO.Hope I didn't hurt any feelings!!! :woohoo:
