As some of you know, I've been working on pizzas since Eggtoberfest. After 40-50 experiements, I'm finally getting consistently great results! This is one of my favorites. I'm using the butter/garlic dough I found here on the forum. It's really good!
Pizza is topped with a quick red sauce I created by combining a quality pasta sauce with a can of tomato paste. Then I chop up a couple of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and mix them into the sauce. Topped with mozzarella, grilled chicken, plum tomato slices and fresh basil. Mmmmmm.

Great combination! I struggle with the homemade pizza dough. I have trouble working with it. I will have to spend some time perfecting it. Did you put the basil on after you cooked it?

Dough is only a little tricky. Just do it 5-10 times and you'll get it down. Sometimes it's so elastic and pliable it's amazing!
Yes, the fresh basil goes on when the pizza comes off the Egg. -
