Stop by a dealer today and picked one up... Can't wait to try it out next week...
The guy in the store said to just put a good coat of oil on it... and go with it..
What do you guys do?? Do you put oil on it before and after you cook with it?
How do you keep your CICG looking good?

I wipe mine down with EVOO before & after each use. I also store it inside so it does not get wet & rust. You will love it.....

Oh boy oh boy!
I just ordered one - the store didn't have any in stock. I guess they're demo weekend is selling stuff pretty good - they didn't have any zaza stones either - I ordered one of those too.
Looking forward to the grill marks and to some wood-fired zaza using a very tried-and-true zaza dough recipe.
Cheers :cheer: -

OttawaEgg,
You are going to want a grate lifting tool, the CI is heavy and it stays hot a long time.
