I remember reading a post or two where it was recommended to get a certain type of whole chicken for spatchcocking? What should I look for?[p]Looks like TNW is one of the experts in this area, I will probably try his method first of 350 for an hour, other than I may flip for 10 min. to crisp the skin if needed. Thanks for the help. I am gonna try the El Pollo Loco recipe I found in the archives I think. I miss that chicken.[p]SS
