I"m doing a 21# ham for lunch tomorrow. I've read 20-25 min per pound.I plan on cooking overnight @ 225 indirct thats 8.75hrs. say from 10 t 6:45. If this is correct should I wrap it in foil untill after church or go ahead and slice it then reheat?
any help is greatly valued thanks

20 - 25 minutes per pound is based on 325, I believe, not 225.
If you're looking to eat after church, I'd set an alarm and get up early (4ish maybe) and have it finish just before the meal instead of 5 or 6 hours early. -
so do you think i should go 325? and @ 21# would'nt it still be 8.75 hrs. ?

Yes, and yes.
